Nuria Ribera, Xocolatt Founder & chocolate expert

Starting her journey at the renowned chocolate company Cacao Sampaka in Barcelona and continuing it with her own project, Xocolatt, Nuria has spent more than 10 years learning about the culture of cocoa and chocolate.

 

Nuria is passionate about many things but chose to follow her passion for chocolate because ‘it is one of the easiest ways to make someone really happy’. Moreover, she has travelled the world to explore the origins of cocoa. She has been to several cocoa plantations from Central America to Indonesia and throughout Europe so far. In addition, she loves expanding her knowledge of economics, legends, social behaviour, science and savour faire philosophy hidden in the world of chocolate. Having learnt from the most prestigious chocolatiers in France and Spain, she’s now enthusiastically sharing her passion through workshops, tastings, pairings, and presentations with absolute professionalism.
